Training
We take training seriously at Wise Security Services, which is why every single member of our work force has completed or been enrolled in a nationally recognized training program.
We are committed to providing ongoing training to our employees to help both their career and personal development. We understand how the success of our company is directly related to the success of our workforce which is why we take great pride in striving to develop and nurture each and every member of staff that joins our company to the highest of standards.
If you are looking to work with Wise Security Services, we provide a full and comprehensive training programme including but not restricted to the following training courses held at our Training Centres:
- NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety
- NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety
- AUSSE (Award in understanding Stewarding at Spectator Events)
- SIA Door Supervisor
- Physical Intervention
Every course is run by experienced trainers, and includes a full Familiarization / Induction session prior to commencing work, covering all Industry Standard 'Under Pinning knowledge' along with specially prepared 'Company Modules'.
