It was an exciting week at the Copper Box Arena at London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford as Fiat launched their new Fiat 500X crossover model.

We were delighted to be providing security and stewarding services for this ‘Magical’ Fiat 500 launch event!

TV magician Dynamo performed an illusion at the event, attended by more than 1,000 invited guests including journalists, bloggers and personalities from the worlds of fashion, entertainment and music. Singer MIA, Kasabians bassist Chris Edwards and TV star Nancy Dell’Ollio were among those present.

Guests at the Fiat 500 launch were also treated to music and entertainment from Gorgan City.

During the pre-planning the Wise Security Services management team worked closely with the organiser in formulating a bespoke security plan, given the exclusivity of the event.

From the one week load in period, right the way through to the very last shift, our trusted team of staff ensured that everything to do with the event remained confidential.

On the launch day we had a combination of duties ranging from searching, dressing room security and close protection, and all personnel were praised by organiser of the Fiat 500 launch, Jason Ward, Group Production Manager.

“I would like to thank you and your team for your help and assistance over the last two weeks,” he said.

“You have all been nothing but courteous and pleasant throughout. I would like to say that I would recommend Wise Security to my peers within the industry.

“I wouldn’t hesitate to contact James or any of his team for assistance on my future events at the Copper Box Arena and other venues that I require event security.”
